IT Investments Company, S.A.E. is a closed-end joint stock direct investment company with an authorized capital of EGP 500 million and issued and subscribed capital of EGP 375 million (equivalent to USD 110 million at closing as of mid 1999) incorporated under the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
 

Since its founding in 1999, IT Investments has promoted and participated in the establishment of 45 companies of a total capitalization of over EGP 1.5 billion and with more than 1500 employees and consulting experts.Currently IT Investments fund has exited from 34 investments and has 11 companies in its portfolio with a total capitalization of EGP 600 million.
 

We invest in early stage, start-ups and turn-around companies in diversified areas including but not limited to: telecommunications, information technology and high-tech sectors regionally and globally.
